Have the normal ends been cut off the intercooler? I have only seen them with swaged bumps on the end to help locate the boost pipes or is this totally standard?

It has 76mm inlet and 60mm outlet sized pipes.

Yes mate the pipes are a little bit shortened for better fitment in the car as they are very long standard. No problem without the rolled bumps anyway and also no leaks.
