Default Cosworth braided engine loom! - SOLD!

SOLD!

Terms of sale: All sales are on a private basis, I am not a trader. Therefore I will not offer refunds unless there is an actual problem with the item in so far as it has been grossly incorrectly described. In most cases a significant number of photographs are supplied for the buyer to make an informed decision.

I am happy to hold items for a pre-agreed time providing a deposit is paid, any deposit paid to secure a purchase is non-refundable should the buyer fail to complete the transaction.

All prices quoted exclude the cost of postage and packaging.

Collection might be possible in some cases, in particular for larger items such as wheels. In general I would prefer to avoid this as I have very little spare time to wait around for someone who may or may not turn up.

Dispatch time: I shall endeavour to dispatch items in a timely manner, normally within 7 working days (unless specifically stated otherwise) however due to quite considerable working and family commitments I cannot guarantee this, therefore I may take a little longer. If this is the case the buyer will be made aware of this and kept updated.

Payment: Payment by bank transfer is preferred however I will accept Paypal providing that the payment is sent as a gift in order to avoid Paypal fees.

With all due respect, you are an idiot.

Just to recap:

You spend the best part of a month messing me about with paying,

I then hear nothing from you for weeks,

I specifically tell you prior to buying that it will be a number of weeks before this can be sent due to the fact I am in the middle of moving house - you agree and finally pay.

The loom was sent within the time agreed and is probably still in transit due to it being an international delivery.

Instead of PMing me (as you have done every other time) to ask where to loom might be, you decide to post a message on a semi-random thread that I'm unlikely to see. What a smart idea!

Finally you decide to PM me last night, and surprise surprise, you get a response within twelve hours.
I've only seen this thread due to the fact you sent me a PM, if you hadn't I wouldn't have revisited it.

As a side note, the Police are for criminal matters, not civil ones. This falls firmly within the remit of a civil matter, that is unless you wish to try and prove the alternate?

I shall dig out the courier details over the weekend and see if I can find out what has happened to it, but to reiterate and be clear, it will be over the weekend so nothing will be happening until at least Monday.

Before payment is sent please be aware that it may take me around a week to send this as I have just moved house and everything here is a bit of a mess.

Many thanks,

Matt.
Around a week no around two months.

Hi,

This should be with you shortly.

Many thanks

I think that I,m not and idiot, only that I have send a lot of PM an and haven’t received any replys for you, not replys no loom this is the moment that I have to put in the forum. It’s to easy you tell me that you have send to me the loom.
With the slower mail service from uk it takes 9 days to arrive to me.When did you send to me the loom? Could you send me a tracking number?
Please tell me the true as I have the car in stoped awaiting for the loom, please be serius.

Right ... as promised I chased this up with the courier Monday last week, as of today I've heard nothing back from them but that doesn't matter now as I now know exactly where the loom is - it was returned to me this morning. From my rather rudimentary understanding of Spanish, sticker attached indicates because delivery was attempted twice and failed, and you hadn't contacted them to arrange collection.

All in all not too impressed! Pm me to sort this out asap.
