I bought this off someone on here and i'm pretty sure it hasn't been used, it's the proper shaped one as you can see from the pic not the 'flat inside edged' ones you can get cheaper...

Whats it made of , will it fit 4x4 plenum. What about the fuel rail as it may not bolt up correctly . Many Thanks.

You have to realign the fuel rail by spacing it

It's aluminium, yep will fit both 2wd and 4x4 plenums. This is the 10mm one so will require the fuel rail lugs to be modded; easily done by trimming them back but some get them cut off and rewelded back on.

It basically moves the plenum wall further from the trumpets creating more space around them for the airflow and can give good results to both power and torque.

for anyone wanting to know what needs doing to the rail, this is what i did to mine athou you can obviously spend a bit more time and get the mounts welded if you wanted too!!

Basically i cut off the mounting point you bolted through on the rail originally and made some mounts out of ally and bonded them with structual adhesive (proper industrial stuff so isnt coming off again lol) which now gives enough clearance to run the spacer!!
