Hello Ben,
give phsycko warren a shout off here, he does a fair bit with the old expensive cloth, was on the phone to him the other day and he is developing a few bits for his cozzy puma.
Just an idea, most carbon companies would want a min order if they have to make a mould, im guessing most would not even bother due to the small numbers of them on the road but I may be wrong.
Anyway hope that helps mate

I wont be making a roof for a while yet, got too many other projects on the go i want to finish first.
NUR motorsport have a mould but a lot of thier stuff is wet lay so not as light as it could be by other techniques like resin infusion.
Id probably make mine with a foam core.

Hi Warren mate, off topic but will be in touch this week about other matter we discussed
as for the roof a four layer stack with 3mm soric core is perfect mate, foam seems to absorb a lot of resin compared.
GET IT DONE PAL!!!!!!
