Default help, valve spring collet required

hi,
was just fitting the last inlet valve and when undoing the compressor the collet must not have been seated quite right and it took off at warp speed,
one stayed in the collar (as they always do as if to taunt you),
my garage is big and messy so i have no chance of finding it,
does anyone have one lying around?????

cheers,
neil
