Default puma missfire

Hi guys,
what can cause misfire through the rev range on a 1.7 engine ?
ive already changed the plugs, leads, coil pack and idle control valve from my other perfect running puma so that they are not the problem.
cheers for any useful info
Andrew

Mine recently had a miss fire on cylinder 3. It turned out to be the ECU and is a common fault. Unluckly for me i had to replace my ECU. Take it to a garage and get it check mate
