Puma engine.
I'm sure it's been asked 1000 times and 1000 times over, but I'm unable to find a post useful enough.
I own a 1.25 Fiesta, and I've been told by some that a Puma engine is a pretty much nut and bolt job, is it as simple as they make out? Just a matter of slinging my old engine and wacking the Puma in? Or are there other things needed from Puma? Loom etc etc?

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
you will need puma engine. OS Puma engine mount. Puma engine bay wiring harness and ecu. Puma key/transponder chip in the key to match ecu.
Make sure that you get an engine loom and ecu from your era car....i.e. if you have digital dash get from a digi dash....if you have analogue then get from that.
Very easy conversion, thats what my fiesta is. I started conversion at 10am and was driving it by 4pm.....and that was on a driveway with normal tools, nothing fancy.
any other questions just ask.
