I'd be quite interested to see this actually, see how it differs to the set up they used on the old RS2000 F2 cars!

The S1600 Fiesta and Puma just had thicker rear beam with a wider track, you must be thinking of different series or car? The Focus has independant rears called 'blade'

Cool thread!

Was gonna mention about the A.L.D ones, shame he doesn't do them, was thinking about them recent...sure we have pics somewhere mate.

I think i'm gonna keep it simple and strengthen a normal style beam, i'll mail you tomorrow you big puff.

Look like they would be fairly simple for the likes of AG or MK Motorsport to make.

I agree would not be that difficult to replicate at all!..

I am intrigued to see what is under the rubber boot on the last beam some form of bearing/sleeve I presume.

Not looking at changing my rear beam as yet but this does look like its possible and at not alot of expense or hassle.

if i was going to make a new setup for a rear of a fiesta, i know it wouldnt look like that, i know its a step in the right direction being independent but it still traveling in a arc, so controlling geometry under compression would be strange
