Default Brand New Focus WRC Inconel Race Manifold

This was the race manifold i was going to run on my 500+bhp Zetec Turbo project.

It is taken from a 2.0 Zetec based Ford Focus WRC Car.

It is designed for V band quick release turbo and external wastegate. There are commercially available V band entry turbos to suit, alternatively Primary Designs (or other inconel welders) can weld a normal flange on.

It is made of inconel which is a unique material in that it gets harder as it gets hotter.

This is brand new and has never even been fitted to an engine!

Price £700

I've got too many ornaments mate - since i broke the 500bhp RS Turbo project some of the bigger bits i kept hold of 'just in case' - but i need to put some more money into the Focus to get it ready for this year...

Just want to recoup some money to pay for it

hust a thought also, how far does the top of the wastegate extend above the bottom of the flange? may be a bit tight to fit into the fiesta if that extends to far up...

How is this going to work on an Ford Focus street car?
Because I know with the WRC turbo manifold you have to tilt your engine back and down to get it to fit under the hood. LOL
So my question what type of engine mounts do you need to make this all work?

Does the driveline and control arms need changing at all????
