hi there folks!!
i used to have a xr3 years ago , it was on a old y plate, the none injection twin weber one it was painted in a mettalic silvery blue colour, forgot the name of the colour but it looked good polished!!
it was bloody nippy to say it was just a 1.6!!
im looking into buying a mondeo st deisel now as a family car!!

dont think these where ever officialy available people make there own, get a peice of light sandpaper about 1000 grit and lay the badge flat on it then wet and rub until the blue is gone then simply paint red, this is how i used to do mine anyway
could anyone shed some light on this for me thanks

I'm new on here today just bought myself o6 focus st in the best colour (orange) wanting to no of sum good places in the midlands for after Market parts and suggestion and is a induction kit advised

hi ya all not been on for a long time missed the site and just got my 54 plate st tdci got a few questions first has any one got any ideas on engine upgrades? and whats the easyest way of changing the power steering fluid? the haynes manual seams very long winded just to change some fluid thanx to all for any help

Inlet manifold control unit focus st170
Hi any one. I keep getting an engine problem light which I am told is not the lambda sensor but the above control unit. Car still runs great.

Hi guy's and gal's I have a Mercury Merkur XR4ti 2.3 Turbo inter-cooler and in the past XR4i, XR4x4 2.9, ST170 and ST220 also loads and loads of other OLD SCHOOL FORD'S more CAPRI's than anything

Well yeah as the subject line says i am all the way from South Africa and well have a Mk6 ( ST150 as we call it here ) And well part owner of Extreme creations where we do custom carbon fiber body kits on the ST150 .... But thats not why i am here i am more interested as to what other people do with their fiesta's ....
As for ours well busy doing a 2.3 supercharged cossie motor ... Will drop some pic's a bit later as i have to first read the rules about pic's and all that

ST170 problems
Hi all new 2 this & haven't got a clue how 2 use this so wondered if anyone can help
I purchased a focus ST170 about 6 months ago & having a few problems, I have a scratching sound when I switch off the engine ( around the oil pressure gauge area )
Engine sounds tappy/ticking
Vibrating accelerator pedal above 80 mph
Some loud knocking noise, not sure where it's coming from but sounds really rough on idle. The noise goes when I apply the clutch, have fitted a new clutch & slave valve cyli nder. Dual mass flywheel was slightly worn but ok. Have been told this sounds normall for the st170 & it's the 5th gear idle in the gearbox but I am not convinced.
I would be grateful for any help on these problems or advice
