Default 1.4 focus hunting problem

cars been running fine for months its a 1.4 ford focus.
When i let off my accelerator best way to describe it is the car feel like its jolting backwards and forwards when de-accelerating in a low gear.
Like when im in slow moving traffic and rolling in first gear and i go to accelerate the car like jumps then if im to take my foot off the accelerator it jolts any solutions of fixing it or is it something im going to have live with?

at first i though it was sparks but they've been changed recently and HT leads im unsure of where to start looking?

Most likely to be the pcv valve tubing as collapsed.

Like the one in the pic.

I went to ford it was about Ł15. If you look at teh front of your engine were the pipes are (manifold), well behind those you can see the tubing.

Yeah they have to order the real obscure stuff. Plenty info on installing this part if you search the ford focus section or google images.

I would drive it around for a while so the ecu can retrain the air / fuel mixture itself. It should sort itself. If not then I would take a look at the iacv and maf sensor.

I would give her a nice long drive on the motorway, it would help clear out any build up of carbon etc. An oil change would be very beneficial too.
