Hellraiser

Hiya folks as title says focus keeps cutting out when I brake to slow to a stop, it was occasionally a few weeks ago but now it's all time whilst driving, I've checked maf sensor, and few other things I was told to off Internet but still persists! any ideas as its doin my head in now
