fan heater blower only works on 4
searched the net and found many people have had this problem. My problem is that when i removed the glove box there is no heater resistor pack of any kind there at all. Behind my glove box looks the sa as all the photos I have seen online except there is nothing on the rigt hand side. My car is a Focus estated LX 1.8 tddi 54 plate 2005.

It is impossible that you don't have resistor pack.....
Your heaters resistor will be blown. All the resistor does is control the power going to the blower but if blown no power will get through Except when the blower is at complete power. I think they're about £30.
