theres a how to on ffoc mate.
thats what i used on my old focus and my mates focus and another mates focus you get the idea
you dont need to move any wires in the switch, you do need to leave one wires long as it needs to go down to the posative on the indicator plug.

just read that one, its not the one i used. i actually butchered some old headlamps from work to get the plugs and made conversion looms as i didn't want to cut any wires.

You do need to add a wire into the indicator stalk. I can't remember where it goes, but on the prefacelift lights, the dipped goes out when you select main beam, which on facelift lights (seperate main and dipped) you don't really want!
It doesn't go from the headlamp switch to the indicator stalk, it is just a small piece of wires bridged across 2 pins on the indicator stalk if you get what I mean.
All it does is stops the dipped beam going out when you select main.

I did do it on my old focus, however I don't remember which pins it is. I'll do some digging for you later to see if I can find out!

Pin 9 green/blue in indicator stalk plug cut off before plug as this is not needed and extend this wire over to the main light switch . Look at the multi plug at the back and join it to the smallest Green/Red wire. It should be the 3rd one in from the left as you look at it.(solder to existing wire)
