Hi. Has anyone done a inlet manifold swap/conversion on the 170 to a Zetec, RS1800, RS2000 or maybe a home made jobbie inlet? I'm having power loss issues (that's in another post) and I think it may be down to the control runners or something to do with the manifold. So I'm contemplating swapping it out for a old school manifold. I don't want to go down the route of throttle body's or bike carbs, I don't want to mess with the wiring or maf. Has anyone found any advantages or disadvantages of a swap like this?
