Default Getting an ST170 to 250bhp?

What kinda spec we looking at getting a ST170 engine to around 240/250bhp in N/A form?

Asking for a friend, But I believe it can't be forced induction as its for a racing class, can't be no more than 2.0 and he's after over 200bhp.

Cheers

Mine was

11.8:1 C/R
CFM billet oil pump gears
Lightened and knife-edged crankshaft
Fully balanced bottom end
ACL Heavy duty aluglide bearings
ARP connecting rod bolts and main cap studs
All machining to fit bolts/studs
Shot peened steel rods
Stage 3 head with piper up-rated valve springs
Piper BP300 cams (284° in / 278° ex, 11.44mm lift in / 10.60mm lift ex)
Pistons pocketed to suit
Bores honed and new ford rings fitted
Lifters shimmed to suit
Kent cams exhaust pulley
VVT removed
Hayabusa bodies on cnc inlet

you can also get cat cams and retain the VVT etc. and a higher c/r with forged pistons + go for some huge valves if they will fit

Was that on stock pistons then?

What was the power made with that and the lbft?

Hi all I am new to this site but am looking at doing this very thing anybody got any more info about this???

Have spoken to cat cams think they are looking like the best option they also do a VVT delete cam so you can run a normal adjustable pully on the inlet side
