Default Focus RS and lowering springs

No doubt the suspension set-up of the car is good, and I fear that lowering it perhaps will ruin some of the adjusting effort ford put into it?

Suggestions, experiences to share anyone??!!!

most people say its very nice with H&R springs.

in my eyes the stock suspension is very good - a bit hard for long rides.

the only thing i would do is change springs. but just if you go racing on a track often. I like mine as it is.
