inlet manifold
Can any 1 help me out. Building a zetec turbo engine an am now deciding wich manifold would be best for me to use. Options are mk1 focus rs or use the rover manifold like most do on zt builds. Now the focus would be easier an less mods for me so i can use it etc but my main question is taking injectors out of it as i no theese will want upgrading. What bhp can the mk1 rs manifold flow? That will determin if i use it or not. Thanks for any help

Nothing special to a frs inlet, they,re just a Mondeo 1.8/2.0 inlet.
They still use them upto 380/400bhp.
