What are they like to do..?

They are Exactly the same as any focus or zetec..

Once the engine mount is out the way, they ain't too bad.
But I'm a lazy git and wanted a stamp in the book, so got it done. Lol
Here's a guide from an old American. Lol

really straight forward mat, and with the correct locking kit you cant go wrong
