RS loom question

Is it possible to piece together the focus rs engine loom with the rest of a standard focus loom (st170) ? And then plug on the rs ecu?

I would also.like too know this as im currently building a 4door 1.8ghia rs focusand was told u can keep car loom and just change engine loom ecu and immoboliser PATs system with key.
