Default MK1 Focus Droplinks!!

Hello lads, a mate is changing the drop links on the gf's focus the weekend, went to order them and i was asked 'they ally or steel' I have no idea, and wont see the car unitl i get down there to pick it up!!

The reg is T414 RGE, anyway of finding out what ones it needs??

ive changed both dlinks on mine, they were originaly alloy ones that came off but the ones that came for mine were steel.
seem to do the job ok

ditto to the above.

had the same on my old FRS, aslong as they are the same length and dimensions then they will be fine, which i an pretty much guarantee they will be

can be polybushed also!! but not from fords

Cheers lads, i was gonna get the bits from a mate who works in a garage, he said Ł18 a side + vat!! He werent making no money on that, i then looked on ebay to see what they listed (ally or steel) and noticed they can be had for Ł5 each!! Ovbiously the dear ones will be of better quality, but will there be much difference??

i bought the 'cheaper' variety, had them on the car for about 5 months and are perfectly alright, in fact there wasnt any different than the originals.

They are all interchangable I can do some for Ł7.37 each , postage would be Ł2.50 these are the cheapest 'good' ones we do
