Makes a big difference, i took the cheaper approach, i got the Poweflex bushes for £25, burnt the standard bushes out and fitted new. I then filled the slots with sika flex which gave me solid mounts. Made a huge difference in my ST170, very positive gear changes.

thanks for your reply.ive just ordered some from puma speed.im sick of the why it feels when you take off from the lights you can feel everything moving.i want something firm.i can hear a noise from the mount when you accelerate say from 3rd and when you take your foot of the pedal its fine.hope fully the mount will sort it

ive fitted the mount from puma speed and i can say its bob on.gear selections are very easy but i can hear and feel more of the road.carnt grumble though best 44quid i ever spent.
