Default Power/Torque limits of a standard box and potential upgrades

Just wondering at what point people have found failure of the standard internals of a FRS box?

Not talking clutches or anthing - just things like main/lay shafts - ratios - diff etc.

Also - what sort of options are available for 'beefing' up?

Cheers
