what is the most power the standard focus rs turbo will give????

Will probably handle up to/over 300bhp+ but may not last as long running that sort of power as a couple plus the actuator for the turbo probably wont be good at that power either. At least that was my experience before i went down the hybrid gt28 route with mine

A reliable 270 odd from the GT25 isnt bad although if you want to push past 300 then a hybrid gt25 or bigger gt28 would be required

I have 320 bhp and 365 ftlb on mine for the last 8 months no probs.

Anymore than that figure and the chassis just cannot cope, you need to sort the brakes and suspension before going for anymore as the chassis is really struggling.
