go for the dream science best out of the lot of them
got the best gains and can be mapped as many time as you want and can still add mods after mods with this only down side it is £499
if not that route go see stu/kenny @ msd or go to engine advantages to get paul to do a unichip/aftermarket mangement seen that on a 360bhp rs focus in fast ford few months back or go see rob @ scc he turns out some good rs focus !!!

mild mods de-cat ,ss cat back exhaust (mongoose),air filter
dv,too also reconmend you get a air/fuel ratio gauge and a electronic boost control to keep a close eye on things or it will melt again also should be running the car on 97 or higher octane ok !!!

then next stage would be cams, (ian howell area six)
cam pulleys, underdrive pulleys, and manifold (exhaust)

Just give it to Ian Howell @ Area Six for full blown, and guaranteed reliable performance. Also Rob Oldman @ SCC

Dont go to Engine Advantages unless you want your engine to blow up/melt again

If your serious about big & reliable power as Cochyn has said Ian Howell & Rob @ SCC are the people you want to speak to as Paul Hamling's (Belly's) car speaks for itself - best FRS in the UK right now and tuned by both Rob & Ian Howell

i do reconmend a boost control tho as you can keep a trust eye on things under the bonnet

electronic boost are very good as can meter the boost can be used as a turbo timer and a few other bits and bob's can control low boost and high boost when the throttle is floored most of the top jap stuff runs them and is starting to filter through to the ford boys & girls

for eg

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-UNIVERSAL-...QQcmdZViewItem

http://search.ebay.co.uk/search/sear...ost+controller

if you want one you want a dual one and to run over 30psi suitable

ian howell and rob are top blokes like said above and know there stuff ian has worked on a lot of zetec's and turbo's for a lot of years also hold fasted zetec turbo record !!!

Default RS FOCUS

my advice is go to paul hills at engine ad, very clever man an will look after you an your car.

he built mine , i own the 405bhp rs focus for sale and i can assure you no one knows more than he does about those cars (well thats my view anyhow)

dream sci is my advice, easy, safer an very easily mapable on the rollers in comparison to the crap bluefin
And as for front mount kits, you better do your turbo first the pipe work will require the turbo to be spun 180degrees, no point in tarting about with standard turbo uprate it mate thats what i say
paul does kits for the front mounts, reasonably priced as well

the pro alloy fmic kit doesnt need the turbo to be spun, ive also herd alot of bad rumours about engine advantages, my engine is being built by ian and the car will be having work done at scc also .
