Seriously though the adition of a cone filter will make the noise more audible.

not really without removing the recirc valve. though i also hear doing this can/will damage the turbo.

I got GGR DV and Gen2 fitted and that makes it chatter when short shifting at say 3000 to 4000 rpm. I'm not to sure if I like it or not though

Ive had it to chatter by removing the recirculating valve. Only reason being as i have another turbo to go on. Not worth it really. Didnt sound good

I done it to mine for about 2 mins it sound shit!

It nothing like the cossie chatter.
