Same problem!
I`ve got the same problem 
and its pissing me off. I`ve had it up on a lift at my local garage everything seemed fine. The middle of the back bumper and also the insine of the rear hatch were loose but after sorting them the feking knocking is still there 
It`s worse when driving slowly..so I guess..keep her lit!
