I have a 54 Focus 1.6 Zetec, and GMax 50mm lowering springs, how hard are they to fit?

Thanks

On the subject of springs do all lowering springs fit all focus's. I ask this because every supplier seems to state something diffrent.
For example, one manufacture lists one for the zetec, one for the ST / RS, another lists one for all focus's, yet another lists one for 1.4 - 2.0, another for the TDCI and another for the ST and does not list the RS.

Sorted guys, took 3 hrs of very slow labour, weren't breaking my back.

Squeezed some spring compressors in the rears, dropped the shocker, priased the springs out with a bar, piece of pish

Here's the result...

They'll be different due to the weight of the engine.
