Borg Warner EFR 7064 Twin Scroll Turbo Kit - £3250
Well, the rest of my Focus Time Attack car has sold very quickly and this is one of the few bits left remaining.
It was all custom made to package into the limited space available so i'm very loathed to split it up - I think it makes a lot more sense to be sold as a package.
I was aiming to run this at under 2.0 bar of boost and to hit a genuine 500bhp with a good solid powerband.
The turbo kit consists of:
Race-Tech Twin Scroll Top Mount manifold
2 x Tial 38mm Watercooled external wastegates (1bar spring)
Borg Warner EFR7064 Twin Scroll 1.04 A/R turbocharger with integral boost control solenoid
Turbosmart Kompact uprated recirc valve
-6AN water cooling
-3AN oil feed line
Custom stainless -10AN oil return
Race-Tech 3"" V-Band downpipe with wastegate recirculation, lambda boss and EGT boss" - travels all the way under the engine and breaks on a V-Band around the steering rack area.
Invo 4" Air Filter and intake pipe
Billet thermostat housing - straight exit towards gearbox
As you can see in the pictures, it is all exceptionally well made and has only done a matter of a few hours running and hasn't completed any time under load. The turbo still feels 'as new' and is one of the earlier superior casting quality turbine housings which are much more sought after.
