Question Auxiliary belt tensioner pulley replacement.

Hi all. The pulley on my auxiliary belt tensioner has broken which caused my belt to slip off. Can I just change the pulley or do I have to change the whole tensioner? Would it be possible to do this from the top to save me jacking the car?

Thanks,

James
