2005 2,0 tdci regenerates Too often
Hi all. This is gettin very frustrating...first of all sorry for my bad english.. So the problem with my focus is that its doing the regeneration as soon as the water temp is above approx 75 celsius. If i drive after the first one is over the second regeneration is done after approx 70 kilometers and this is the cycle its doing. It has had new dpf changed just before new year. And it did the same thing before new filter. Local ford dealer has update the pcm -) no changes but more faults. Now the left channel of the Denso unit has gone mute. Car was at dealer last friday(4.3.2016) for trouble shooting and they said that they cant find whats wrong with my car. Yesterday it ran fine, with no regenerations for about 130 km but today the problems started again. Ive found one rubberhouse broken what leads to dpf pressure sensor and i cut it and connect it again. Didnt help. Anyone good ideas?

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
Are there any chiptuners offering removal of the dpf in your country?
Because that's the only thing you can do. The system has become to complex for dealers to fix. And that's not just with Ford. Other make's have the same problem too.
Otherwise keep looking at the dpf pressure sensor. Maybe a new sensor and a new set of hoses will cure the problem. Also check exhaust temperature sensors during regeneration.
Check your oil level often, if possible every day.
When the level is rising renew the oil.

Yep here are lots of people that do the removals. When i took the rubberhose of the sensor it dripped few drops of water. Its strange that it has had never any troublecodes relating to dpf and it did work fine before the weather get cold.
edit. New sensor ordered, see what happens with it
Anyone know what kind of hoses should be used as what is in the DPF? Ford hoses are so bloody expensives .

So car is now working as it should. It was about 5 weeks at ford garage and they did troubleshooting when they had "spare" time. Last what they did was to change new PCM
and for that the latest software. So if you have Focus which is doing same that mine was and no fault codes and pressure sensor readings are looking sensible you might have broken pcm
