Mk1 TDCI Sport- Fitting ST170 Xenons & Cruise
I'm currently breaking an St170 that has cruse control and Xenon headlights. My brother has a Mk1 Focus TDCI Sport and wants to fit these bits.
Xenon's....
The focus ST170 has 10 wires going to the headlights and the TDCI only has 7. Is there a diagram to make up a loom so they work with the levelling control inside the car?
Cruise control...
I have all the button etc available from the ST170. I know the ST is cable throttle and the TDCI is electronic throttle, but is it a case of fitting the buttons, wiring and just switching it on in the ECU
Thanks

St170 xenon
Hello.
I’ve been trying to find this information for months and thought I’d just struck gold with your post. However I can’t open the link that has been provided. Is there another way of viewing the wiring mod that you requested, or could you post the instructions yourself? I just need to figure out how to make the 7 pins alter to suit the 10 pin xenon set up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

for some reason the link you shared won’t open for me, not sure wether I need to be a paid subscription user or not. I’ve only got the free basic one.
Do you know if there’s anywhere else that could show any directions on which pins need moving, and/or which wires need splicing or bridging?
Any assistance in this matter would be much appreciated.
Thanks, Steve,
