whenever i rev between about 1100rpm and 1400rpm i can hear this annoyin rattling from the engine.. its does it when in gear and when idle.. i was told by tthe garage i bought it from that it was the turbo heat guard as i "buckles" due to the heating and cooling all the time.. it was fixed for about 2 days by the garage but can back.. brought it back again and they said they put washers behind it and that it would be the end of it.. but it was same as when it went in..

its an 08 style with 1.6 tdci engine 110bhp model

can anyone tel me how to fix it as it starting to get really annoyin and seems to be getting louder
