Default need desperate help focus 1.8tdci

Hi there. i have a ford focus zetec 2007 tdci 47000 mile service history.
Im hoping someone can help so any diesel specialists out there pls pls pls..
When i start my car from cold it lets off alot of white smoke and when i set off driving it judders alot especially at low revs. it does'nt lose power cause when i put my foot down the turbo kicks in n judder disappears until i change gear?? once the car is at normal running temp the car is fine drives normal. ITS ONLY FROM COLD START TILL WARM..
The other day i started it from cold n left it running the white smoke was there(which i understand is unburnt diesel) but once it warmed i drove off with NO judder??
The engine management light does not come on...now its been to numerous garages and all are scratching their heads EVEN FORD!!
1st computer reading EGR VALVE so totally new egr valve n manifold fitted
2nd taken to ford diagnosed 4 faulty injectors so replaced them all
3rd had all filters and oil changed
4th had timing checked
5th had wiring checked from egr all way to ecu because seemingly egr pops up on computer frequently!!
This is why im asking for any help or advice off anyone. i have spent alot of money up to now and it depressing.
So that is why im reaching out to any diesel specialist or anyone whos had a similar problem.
Thanks guys

sounds weired, like as if your not letting the plugs heat before cranking, or flooding after switch off.,but that would not be immediate as the engine would keep running, maybe leaking over shut off time and givving excess fuel, the only other is to check, oil level, make sure its not sucking up oil as this burns white too. and will run like diesel oil .

When I start my 2003 tdci I have to get the revs up to 2000 rpm to clear it out and it's fine from that moment on( apart from the issue I have on another thread). If i dont it idles lumpy as hell and stalls. It kicks out a bit smoke, not white more like grey, when first started, but only for a couple of seconds, I haven't looked into sorting this as the tddi I had before the ci did the same and was a cracking runner otherwise, good luck sorting it mate, but please post up what the cause is to help others, Roy.
