16 inch to 18 Rs Alloys

Hey just recentley bought some 18 rs multispoke alloys for my ford focus 1.6 tdci. Does anyone know how they fit and if any mods are needed thanks

I have fitted 18's onto mine and needed no mods.

but i had to fit 35 profiles due to beening lower
