Escort MK6 Stainless Steel Exhaust-Advice Needed
I was going to purchase one last weekend but as stated in another thread, it turns out it wasn't stainless steel. I would like it as close as possible to brand new and and looking for e centre and rear boxes. I'm not sure what make is best but others have said a Magnex is pretty quiet and not much different from a standard one. The name Scorpion has come up along which apparantly doesnt have a centre box which would be ideal i guess because ive had my car lowered and the middle box scrapped over speed humps and dips in the road and i guess thats whats caused it to start rattling. Mongoose & Piper are a few other names so any help maybe videos of e exhausts would help. Cheers guys

I had a scorpion one on my Si years ago, i wouldnt recommend that particular one. It was far too quiet, but more importantly, it lost torque when fitted. Perhaps i got a bad one though.

I would not be too fussed when you say needs to be like new as decent stainless steel cat back like magnex and scorpion soon buff up with elbow grease and will outlive a mk6 escort any day of the week, 2nd hand they all fetch around £100 so should be easy to find if you look hard enough
