no turbo on the cab im afraid mate it belonged to my dad. He bought it accident damaged on an E plate in white. Only needed a new wing and bumper and the car was mint.

Unfortunately, when the police checked the car, it turned out it had been reshelled with a 1990 shell lol.

Dad loved the car thou so decided to spend abit of money on it and keep it for a few years. Had it painted kinda pearl orange, turbo kit, new wheels, new grey hood and half leather cab recaros recovered in grey

Dont spose anyone has c39 yor lurking in a barn somewhere waiting to be restored , as this use to be my old bosses car .
Im afraid he stuck a cossie rear whale tail on it , and back then in the late 80's it was running 171 bhp.
It shows its not been taxed for 16 years , so im thinking it gone to the scrappers , just wondered if anyone had owned it on here .

Brother working in horsham and spotted a series 1 behind some garages where hes working, dunno where he said lol, no front end 1.3 (ithink) badge on boot??? no front end Rotten all kitted up, opening rears and a sunroof.... Reg c939har ???? is it genuine ???

*UPDATE*

Today I have resized and added 200 photos to the albums and have updated the main list. The cars uploaded are B and C plate only so far. I have approx another 90 to upload when I get an opportunity again inc non-whites, D plates and foreign cars.
There's also another 40 to replace with better pics, but will be done after the new cars are sorted.

The listing is updated but I won't be typing it all again seperately on here which ones I've done so you'll have to look through if you've sent pics over the last year or so.

hello, I have recently bought B460 WUG wich i was told was off the road for 9 years being restored in some barn, the guy i bought it off lived in coventry & he bought it from somewhere in newcastle. Unfortantly he had to sell it as he lost his job.
its in very good nick ... just needing MOT & TAX & a little to finish off but it will be out next year for central day & shows after that ... sence owning it, it has only gone to the local garage & back into my garage. here's a few pictures i took recently when the weather was ok, wich after taking them it started to rain so back in she went again lol

As you can see i'm a newb here, but i have owned two Series 2 Escort RS Turbo's, one Series 1 RS Turbo & one Fiesta RS Turbo throughout my driving life and after stumbling across this thread whilst searching for my old car using all sorts of wording etc...decided to join and ask a quick question on here to see if i could get any feedback/help.

So here goes, - ''I owned the car registered B210 LLX - pictured within the database - (obviously the Series 1 RST) between the years of 2001 and 2002 and was wondering if anyone knew who owned it now or if they know of its whereabouts today or even since 2002? Maybe you may have pictures of it knocking around in your pictures/documents pages on your laptops/computers from previous shows/meets or such? Even if it's knocking about in the background!! Anything will do....''

I purchased the car from Junction 28 (a well known RS established trade centre) based just down the road from me in Derbyshire, although i've recently read/heard mixed reports about the place - www.jct28.co.uk - it had only covered approx (if i remember rightly) 37'500 miles from new with FFSH and was absolutely MINT!!

£4995 it cost me back then (which in todays prices of these cars is nothing really with double that kind of mileage!)....must be worth a small fortune now if it's been kept in the condition it was in when i had it back then.

I WISH I HAD KEPT IT NOW THOUGH!!

Anyway, i hope i get some feedback from this...

Got some more for you, Dutch ones.
In 1985 10 RS Turbo`s S1 where sold by different Ford Dealerships.
Most of the S1`s in Holland where imported from Germany.

Here are the regs i know about:

LD-NV-55 : White, Still on the road

PG-LT-20 : White, Still on the road

..-..-.. : White, Still on the road

JX-TX-75 : Purple, Scrapped

No Reg : White, Original Group A from Ford Team GraB

JR-RP-04 : White, Went to Belgium

JT-DT-40 : Black, Went to Belgium

NH-RP-95 : White, No APK (MOT) But still out there

Maybe for the database? Database going Europe

I can keep their plate private as well if required (but would like it to tag their car correctly if possible so I know if I get more photos at a later late).
The first photo on the C plate album is a "private" plate so I don't have a problem with doing it if the current owner prefers. Must be in top condition based on your air-con description, sounds interesting.
