non Stretch cvh head bolts torqued to 80Ib/ft.
1300 cvh cambelt tensioner.
1.8 zetec oil pump, sump, oil pickup and strainer.
felpro head gasket ( Optional) or 2.0 zetec but cvh head will need welding up to get a good seal.
cvh flywheel with the holes enlarged to 11mm.
1.8 dipstick tube
pistons 85mm 2.0L on a low mileage block or 86mm 2.1L
arp conrod bolts.

Also i have a tendency to go for 150mm long m10 caphead bolts (rated 12.9)rather than non stretch cvh ones its just that you dont get that much engagement if you use the shorter cvh bolts and could strip the threads out of the block when torquing them down.
for more info on building you own go to jim hernes site.......................

gavintwopies is absolutely correct in what he has said about usine the xe pistons and yes they do need to be machined on either face and the little ends made bigger to accomodate the pins to fit the zvh conrods - also needs 4 holes drilled in piston for the oil feed - however gavin does have milling machine and can build you the zvh bottom end as he has done mine - im sure if u flurttered yr eyes a little and asked him he could do it cheap for you - worked for me lol
