Can anyone help me with some questions please, building t3 turbo want to put 360 bearing in and turbine and compressor wheel locks up once nut done up. Also, do the journal bearings sit tight within casting or should the spin freely?

best to get this done by a pro otherwise it will self destruct in a short time.
