Default Amal valve wiring

Hi having issues with boost on my rs turbo. The Amal valve clicks every time I turn the ignition on so seems to be working however sometimes it only boosts to 0.7bar then 1.2bar. With the Amal valve unplugged it goes to 0.7bar. I've fitted new connectors on the valve but still no joy. Where do the wires go to? I've tried checking the voltage and I'm getting 1.0volt when I check both wires and 12 volts coming out of the black wire when I put negative probe on an earth. The green/brown wire has no voltage. Was also thinking duff air temp sensor or tired wiring to it?
Thanks Marc

It goes to the silver ignition ecu and is a switched earth pin 6
your amal valve is more than likely faulty

Is there any way of testing it?
Cheers

you could wire it direct to the battery temporarily if the fault is the same it's the valve

Wired the earth directly to the battery and it boosts fine every time now. I've ordered a new genuine air charge temp sensor incase that's playing up if not had to be a dodgy wire to the ecu
