Speak to MSD about their wasted spark conversion. This will let use use a zetec coil pack. Individual coil packs is a pretty involved conversion on the RST and you would need to make up a suitable mounting bracket remembering that the exhaust manifold is 1 inch away.

Zetec coil pack is the sensible way forwards..... what do you hope to gain from the conversion?

its easy.

1. fit a cam sensor kit to the end of the cam pulley

2. extra ignition amp and sub loom. (buy one with rev counter fix built in. only one type i know will have)
that)

3. wasted spark board wired into the ecu.

4. the coilpack and bracket leads etc to be fitted.

gap the plugs correctly and enjoy the extra power with correct mapping.

Fair point, I have fitted a few of the MSD kits and was always impressed with instructions and quality of wiring. Its an easy install.

I wouldn't have thought so, I think that price is probably for an extra ignition amp, the ecu wasted spark board and the wiring loom.
