Default Removing cvh oil return

How do you get the oil returns out of the block without ruining it? Or where can i get a replacemt

Im converting a efi block to run a t3 so i also need to get the t2 return out of the efi block

The way we did the one in my mates mfi block was by putting a socket inside the fitting so it wouldn't squash or distort & then used a pair of mole grips to clamp on the outside of it & then hit the mole grips with a hammer.
A few taps & out she popped ����
