Having a dilemma with spring choice for my new koni's as im almost certain the springs that came with it are stock.
If you could let me know what springs/shocks you're using and wheel size that'd be ace
(plus it's a good excuse to post up a pic of your pride and joy)

PassionFord Post Whore!!
I'm happy with them, they replaced gmax what I suspect were -60mm the ride is a lot more forgiving. I have fitted a many many standard kilen springs over the years so when I asked my local factors what they could get I thought I would give them a go, at the time I had orderd apex on ebay but it turned out they were on back order.

Nice to know there is another option.
I was originally only toying with the idea of treating the car to some koni adjustables.
Was tinkering the other week and noticed one of my spax springs had a crack in it. It was the 3rd pair of front springs (replaced under warranty) in as many years. So I just pulled the whole set up off and threw it in the bin.

I had -60 gamx on my first RS as a daily driver and it use to eat gear box seals and hub bearings, got -30mm chassis dynamics and koni shocks now much better but not rely that low anymore

Got round to fitting my new springs today.
Ended up buying Cobra -30mm springs. I have to say I'm very impressed. These paired with koni adjustables has completely transformed the car.
They are a lot more forgiving then whatever springs were supplied with the Koni's. Far less crashy and a much nicer ride height.
