Default Front shocks.

Should the front shocks have a rubber sleeve/boot/gaitor over them? My car didn't have any when I bought it and I'm just wondering if this has contributed to my front shocks not lasting very long.

Thanks. Seems like the shock would be quite exposed without.
Got some on order.

Well I don't the ones I recieved aren't the correct ones. The bump stop is about 4 times thicker then the original...

Does anyone have a picture of what they should look like?

ahh turns out my car has had the incorrect bump stops on it as well then.

These one's i've got look very similar to that. Made by monroe though. Just put the finis number into 2 parts suppliers search and the monroe ones come up as a standard replacement.
