Default HT Leads firing order position

my HT leads don't match up with the diagram from the mircofibre and haynes manuel which is from looking at the block 1,2,3,4 and looking at the distributor top left 1, top right 2, bottom left 3, bottom right 4
mine doesn't match up the same,
the car starts and runs and have done 18k miles like it but it is a rough start on cold, although starts first time of the key runs lumpy for 15 seconds then purrs nice.

can this have an effect on it??

It should be as you said because the firing order is 1-3-4-2.

Hi fella, so that's interesting the first picture you put is what I have in the rs turbo microfiber you say it's for non turbo, the second picture with ht1 top right of dizzy is for the turbo dizzy, maybe my ht leads are setup correctly afterall as I was, going to set it up like the first picture!! As I've never seen the second picture before.

If they were not correct it wouldn't run at all mate, literally not at all, sparking No. 2 when it should be No. 1 for example would have the piston at the bottom of it's stroke.
