Noticed all my brake fluid has gone from my reservoir, is this due to master cylinder needing new seals or need new brake servo. There is no fluid on the garage floor

If the seals are leaking it should be obvious having stripped the paint whilst running down your servo?
Might be inside servo or else you have a leak on a pipe/ hose/caliper seal but it's going somewhere and doubt the servo itself is the problem.

A leak anywhere will lose your fluid over time, look over the whole brake system for obvious signs of leaking.
