Most (decent) windscreen replacement companies will be able to supply and fit you one. I did enquire about this for a friend recently, and Autoglass do still have stock of them, and some suppliers (but not all) that other companies use also have some available. Trying to buy them privately won't be easy, nor cheap, so if you're looking to go the DIY route, second hand might be best (provided you can get a working screen)
