I had a engine with a bit of a scratch, it didn't appear to effect it in the time I used it, it wasn't a great engine anyway.

What inlet manifold are you using?

I'd suggest new piston rings will do nothing to help the scratches in the bores and be wondering how the scratches got there if it's not long rebuilt.
I'd also be worried if two piston tops were so different in appearance than the other two?

no detonation the piston are in good condition they are very flat on the surface only that number 1 and 4 are more dirty also on the cylinder head in the combustion chamber.. (didn't no that the standard piston are MAHLE )

BUT CARFULL WANT I FOUND KNOW LOOK GOOD ON THE FIRST PICTURE YOU CAN SEE LITTLE BIT THAT THE PISTON 4 IS LOWER THEN THE NUMBER 1
HER IS THE ANSWER
whats wrong in this picture?

yes very lucky that I open again the engine only 1600 miles ago
lucky that I didn't broke ( I directly bought some H conrods )

I think it s from to mutch boost 17psi on old standard conrods

also one bearing is in bad condition only 2 from one conrod

all the other looks more normal

my crankshaft it s OK

Holy shit Lucky bastard! The crankshaft you only see the middle piece on one of the taps. Isn't that one a bit worn?

bad bearings are also from the bend conrod?

well I mesure them before I bought the bearing and they had the standard mesure so I bought the standard CVH bearing and I also had always 1 bar oil pressure on idle
I don't know if the new H conrods comes with bearing ? think not
I gonna mesure them all again and give the result to know wich I need to buy

If you got standard pistons u need to get a machine shop to make them fully floating to make your rods fit correct
