Default Help, memory's shot!

Can anyone tell me where the black clip I have over the exhaust heat shield in the photos goes? Logic tells me it can't be clever to have the fuel pump loom so close to the exhaust, does it screw onto the tank itself, damned if I can remember.
Also looks like I've screwed up the placement of the bits of rubber sheet that stop the tank rattling of the floor.
Not having a good day and much more fecking about and I'll have to paint the tank again, forgotten what a pita these cars can be, bugger of a job getting the wee plastic breather pipe back onto the top of the tank

Thanks Josh but there's no way my loom could have went round the same side as the fuel line. Not nearly long enough so I guess it will just have to clip round the exhaust side of the tank. Will leave it for now as I'm going to make a new loom over the winter but will run it beside the fuel lines and brake. pipes as I can't be arsed stripping the interior.
