They look the bees gus, when tommy fits them try and get a before and after run as it would be interesting to see the gains (if any) due to the less restrictive drivetrain, may be another plus as well as the increased reliability.

Great new on the price too batman, can I get a set for freddy? pmsl

might be a good idea to do a power run as is with the dry sump fitted as that would be interesting to see how much the power the pump saps from the engine, then whip the old rockers out, bank the new ones in and run again. Would make an excelent thread to see how it gets on.

Hi m8 what do Harland list them as on the web site as I can't see cvh?
Are they a easy fit or do you have to modify the head?

These ones are US versions made by HS. There great bit of kit but..

Titan made are the proper ones, the measurements are different as in construction and lift etc. also materials.
You get what you pay for I guess..

No doubt they will put up with the abuse? Would be silly making a component that will fail. I haven't seen any CVH ones fail yet, but not that many decent engines that I know of running the HS version?
I have seen many on the V8 and US engines with the same make rockers that have had issues obviously not my engines so cant comment.

I thought Kent made he originals. Back in the day. Titan copied those from what I understand

Harland have been making them for long enough now I'm sure they have the hang of it by now

Still the proof is in the pudding and we will see once fitted up and some miles under the belt

Didn't mean to tread on toes

As harland sharpe designed and built the first roller rockers !! And there made for a cvh and correct ratio of 1.65.1 I would have thought they'd be better than the British made ones personally and as harland run them on Chevy big blocks with nos and methanol and 2500bhp!! I don't see any cvh in the uk having enough power to even tickle them

If u think about it though everything is cheaper over there fuel the lot so manufacture costs be less . u be looking Ł600 mark if someone retailed them I recon over here . But point it does not mean any less quality .
If that's cars u have to look at injectors turbos
I/c core etc etc. Yes pay for what u get within reason yet does not mean inferior quality because cost less

Harland Sharp have a very good reputation. they are 100% USA made - not some Chinese copy re-branded to look like locally made (like many UK sourced steel connecting rods).

The only issue I had with these rocker arms was the height of the spacer.
One may have to remove some material from the bottom - or add a spacer with a non adjustable hydraulic lifter.
Solid lifter should not need to worry - as one can adjust the lifter length.

There were several variations with rocker arm pedestal heights over the years (in Canada and USA) So one must measure when doing a cylinder head assembly. Never assume any non-factory part is perfect. Just like measuring bearing clearances - don't trust anyone.
